We welcome all students and their families who share or respect our Catholic faith, values and traditions. Catholic education is supported by State and Federal funding, with families contributing the balance of the cost of educating their children. At times, some families are unable to meet their commitment to the full costs of education. As a Catholic school system, we ensure fee relief mechanisms are available to support families in time of need. We encourage these discussions on enrolment or as these needs emerge.
School fees are charged annually, for the full school year. Fee Statements are emailed out to all families in week 4 of each term or as requested by parents.

The Parent Participation Levy is a key aspect of our parent and community engagement program. Each family is to accumulate 8 hours of volunteering each year. Families are billed $200.00 at the start of the year. 4 volunteer hours will trigger a $100 rebate and the further 4 hours will trigger an additional $100. The maximum rebate is $200.00.
A single parent family need only accumulate 4 hours for the year (if parents feel that they qualify as a single parent family, please contact our office to ask for this to be applied.) Family members eg. grandparents can accumulate hours on the parents behalf.
Families can elect to pay their school fees via a number of options:
The Victorian Government offers a Camps, Sports and Excursions Fund (CSEF) providing payments to assist eligible families to cover the costs of camps, sporting events and excursions.
If you hold a valid means-tested concession card you may be eligible for CSEF. The allowance will be paid to the school to use towards expenses related to camps, excursions, or sporting activities for the benefit of your child.
The annual CSEF amount per student is currently $150 for primary school students.
Where families are eligible for the Camps, Sports and Excursion Funding, they can also apply for the Family Fee Assistance Scheme. Families that qualify for the scheme will pay $520 per annum ($10 per week) for primary school tuition fees and the capital levy.
If you have any concerns regarding payment of school fees, you are encouraged to discuss these with the Principal or Business Manager. To arrange an appointment please contact the office on 5562 5362.
It is a condition of enrolment that all families contribute to the cost of education. We recognise that circumstances may change, and it is an expectation that the fee payer will contact the school to negotiate an alternative payment plan or seek concessional support.
As a last resort the school will commence debt recovery or take legal action where no adequate response has been achieved from approaches for fee payment. Costs incurred by the school from such methods are fully recoverable from the Debtor. This is a last resort for the school but is necessary as a matter of justice for paying members of the school community and the financial sustainability of the school.
